Welcome to the db99 platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and db99. By using the db99 website, mobile application, or any other platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

db99 currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka) for each method.

• All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming purposes.
• Deposits made through third parties or using a third party's mobile banking number are not permitted.
• db99 reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions and place them on hold if necessary.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal processing conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held until account verification is complete.
• Bonus-related funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements of the active bonus have been met.
• If fraudulent activity is detected, the withdrawal will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to activate the bonus.

• Wagering Requirement: Bets totalling 10 times (10x) the bonus amount must be completed.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per user.
• If multiple accounts are created to take advantage of bonus offers, all bonuses will be cancelled.

4.2 Ongoing Promotions

5.1 Bet Placement Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on the db99 platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If any bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, db99 reserves the right to cancel or settle it.
• Live betting markets in cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports are subject to their own rules.
• The outcome of sports events is determined based on announcements from the official governing body.

5.2 Casino Gaming Policy

• All game outcomes are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer and are completely fair.

10.1 Closure by User

db99 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
